Refund & Returns Policy

At Fixora Global LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work. Please note that if you purchased through a third-party marketplace (such as Amazon), that marketplace’s return and refund policies apply to your order.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, or other reasons. These may include used or opened personal-care items, clearance or final-sale items, and gift cards. Any exceptions will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

If you purchased directly from us, please contact us at info@fixoraglobal.com with your order details and reason for return, and we will guide you through the process. If you purchased through a marketplace, please initiate the return through that platform’s order management system.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 5. Exchanges

7. Return Shipping Costs
